Italy – Preliminary market consultation for energy performance contract on municipal buildings in Piedmont

Eight municipalities in Piedmont (Arona, Cerano, Crodo, Fontanetto Po, Prato Sesia, Ternengo, Trarego Viggiona) and the Valli dell'Ossola Mountain Union are consulting the market on an energy performance contract (EPC) to upgrade building systems and manage energy use in municipal buildings. The regional procurement body is conducting a preliminary market consultation with no tender deadline confirmed yet.
