UK public buildings framework of £2.3bn appointed suppliers across refurbishment and construction lots

LHC Procurement Group has appointed 155 suppliers to a £2.3bn Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure framework (PB4) covering the UK. The framework includes 10 lots for building, refurbishment, civil engineering and facilities management work on public buildings such as schools, hospitals and offices. Two dedicated refurbishment lots focus on repair, renovation and restoration work across various public facility types.
