Hungary Recovery and Resilience Plan: Digital notebooks and laptops for schools

Hungary's Recovery and Resilience Plan includes a four-year programme to purchase and distribute at least 579,000 digital notebooks to schools by the end of 2025. As of end-2022, 120,000 laptops had been delivered to pupils in grade nine and teachers, with further waves planned for the 2022/2023 academic year onwards. The initiative prioritises disadvantaged pupils and aims to support digital transformation across public education.
